Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Qbitgate, a video meeting service operated by Qbitwise Inc. (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Qbitgate provides video and audio meetings, real-time speech translation, captions, meeting transcripts and AI assistant features. Some features are available only to registered users.
“Quick Meeting” requires no account; it is limited in participants and duration and is intended for evaluation. In these meetings, the person who created the room link can mute and remove participants.
2. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you may not:
- Share, distribute or transmit content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others or
causes harm.
- Harass or threaten other participants, or record them without their consent.
- Interfere with the Service's infrastructure, capacity limits or security measures, or create
abnormal load using automated tools.
- Use the Service for unsolicited advertising, spam or fraud.
We may restrict or terminate access without prior notice if these rules are breached.
3. Meeting content and responsibility
Participants are responsible for the content they share. Qbitwise Inc. does not monitor meeting content and is not responsible for it. Obligations between participants (confidentiality, recording consent and similar) are governed by their own relationship.
4. Personal data
The processing, retention and deletion of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Translation and transcript features require processing by the service providers named in that policy.
5. Availability
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation; temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, capacity limits or technical reasons. Features may be changed or removed without prior notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qbitwise Inc. is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. The current text is published on this page and takes effect from the date of publication.
